Job Introduction

A Supervisor opportunity has become available for a keen and enthusiastic individual looking to join one of the UK’s fastest growing and most exciting retailers.

The suitable candidate will be confident and reliable with a hands on approach to work and will enjoy the fast pace of store management operations, taking direction from and supporting the Assistant and Store Manager in day-to-day operations.

We look for a good attitude and enthusiasm and in return we will provide you with the skills needed for retail management.

The successful candidate will attend one of our excellent training facilities in Liverpool or Wiltshire for a 3 week management training programme.

Role Responsibility

  • Be an ambassador for your store, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Lead by example and support and motivate team members
  • Strive towards the achievement of KPIs such as sales, salaries and stock loss targets
  • Monitor performance and absence
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety and security

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proactive, flexible and adaptable
  • Tenacious, hardworking and reliable
  • Ability to lead, manage and develop others
  • Experience of supervising a team of 5 or more
  • Deal effectively with customer and staff issues
  • Able to demonstrate good commercial awareness
  • Possess a creative approach to merchandising
  • An inquisitive mind with a good eye for detail
  • A confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills and a real 'can do' attitude
  • Experience of working in a retail environment is essential, preferably within a high volume, fast paced business
