This comprehensive 24-month journey is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and qualifications needed to thrive in the HR field. You will follow the Level 5 People Professional apprenticeship culminating in a Level 5 CIPD qualification, recognised across the field of HR and people management.
Gain invaluable insights by working across our dynamic People Team, including Employee Relations, HR Shared Services, Resourcing, Reward, Benefits and Recognition. Development will include a combination of on-the-job training, workshops, and projects that will challenge and develop your HR expertise.
We are investing in our future and our next generation of People Professional talent. You will have an experienced People Function Manager as your mentor and will work alongside members of the People Team to support our colleagues across our national network of retail stores, Logistics and Head Office functions.
