CCTV Monitoring Administrator - Internal Vacancy Only

Job Introduction

We are now recruiting for an experienced administrator to join our Loss Prevention Team, based at our Head Office in Liverpool.

As a Loss Prevention CCTV Monitoring Administrator you are responsible for analysing CCTV footage and monitoring store data to identify areas of loss. This role also includes supporting the Loss Prevention Team with administrative and general office duties to include reports, information gathering, liaising with third parties and filing and issuing correspondence.

The suitable candidate will be confident and reliable with a professional and focused approach to work and will enjoy the fast pace of loss prevention operations within retail.

Role Responsibility

  • Examine CCTV footage together with the incident report to gauge an understanding of the incident
  • Undertake fact-finding activities
  • Liaise with stores, management and third parties
  • Produce internal posters
  • Collate and record data
  • Provide administrative support to the Loss Prevention Team
  • Adhere to function processes and procedures
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety and security

The Ideal Candidate

  • Hardworking and reliable
  • Computer proficient: Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word and Outlook); Apple Mac; and Adobe
  • Numerate and accurate
  • Attention to detail
  • A confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Experience of administrative responsibilities in previous roles

Package Description

  • £23,915.75
  • 37.50 hours
  • Working any 5 days from 7, including weekends and bank/public holidays
  • Shift times are variable within 6am - 8pm, but are planned to a 7.50 hour day with a 30 minute unpaid break
  • 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service
